In factory floors, we normally repair a damaged concrete patch or a pothole by making a concrete mixture, but in cases of smaller patches, these generally fail or they start getting removed. This happens due to the adhesion failure in between the old and new concrete.

Our Concrete repair material, Tech 12 is a epoxy based 3 component product with resin, hardener and specially formulated fillers. The contents are all pre weighed and supplied in a kit/ set, to avoid proportion errors while mixing. It can be easily used as a DIY- Concrete repair material, by cleaning the pothole or damaged surface, mixing the contents as per ratio and applying by a trowel. The surface can be used for light foot movement after 12 hours of curing and in case of heavy traffic after 24 hours.
